Lynn Foster, ( Chief Executive Officer )

Lynn previously held technology industry positions in corporate, entrepreneurial and government settings. Lynn previously managed the State of California CalTIP seed grant program that matched federal research and development grants with commercialization funding and served as the Emerging Technologies Director of a Top Ten Law Firm. Lynn's primary technical focus has long been Nanotechnology. Editor and Co-Author of the best selling textbook, Nanotechnology: Science, Innovation & Opportunity (Prentice Hall, 2005), he also wrote the first Trade Study on Nanotechnology (2000) and organized many of the seminal knowledge conferences and early Trade Missions in the field. He has been quoted on technology and finance topics in numerous national and industry publications including The New York Times, Financial Times, Forbes and National Public Radio.

Lynn serves on the Executive Committee of the Caltech Enterprise Forum, the Advisory Board of the Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Organization and the Leadership committee of TechConnect, a leading technology partnering conference. He had 21 years of active and reserve service with the US Army including service in the first Gulf War and Bosnia. He holds an MBA and a B.S. in Production and Operations Management.


Rick Kamble, ( Chief Technology Officer )

Rick is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a background in both software and hardware engineering. In his role of Chief Technology Officer of MEDICCIO he guides the current and future technical architecture for healthcare technology solutions. Prior to MEDICCIO, Rick served as Senior VP of Product Strategies at AssistMed, a company dedicated to the application of Healthcare IT solutions.

Rick is also CEO and President of HealthNspire solutions, a HealthCare IT consulting company focused on managed care software solutions and analytics. Rick architected a software solution for managing a Compliance Letter Management System, which is being used by major IPA, MSO and Medical Groups for their Denial Letters process.

Rick previously held leadership positions at Lakeside Medical Group, Jacobs Engineering, Farmers Insurance, L.A. CARE Health Plan, Cardinal Health, Countrywide Home Loans and Datamatics.

Rick was also Co-founder and CEO of Perfect Computers - a leading provider of PC based system and software solution. As the CEO , Rick was instrumental in making the company profitable within its first two years. Prior to Perfect Computers, Rick was a Professor of Computer Science at one of the major Universities in India.
